Your assigned leads, connected.

Apex Mob Pipeline Lead Sync brings your assigned leads from a supported source into your Pipeline workspace. Start a sync when you are ready; existing Pipeline notes, call history and follow-ups stay with each lead.

Chrome Web Store release in preparation.
The store installation link will appear here after publication. A Pipeline invitation creates your CRM account; the extension connects separately in your own Chrome profile.

What you need

A Pipeline account, authorized access to your own supported lead-source account, and desktop Google Chrome. The extension is a companion to Pipeline; a separate Pipeline subscription and calling usage charges may apply.

Connect your account

  1. Install the extension using the Chrome Web Store link provided after release, and pin Apex Mob Pipeline — Lead Sync in Chrome.
  2. Sign in to your connected lead source. Open My Leads → All Leads, select Me, and clear the filters.
  3. With that lead tab active, open the extension and choose Check source account ID. Ask your owner to save this numeric ID under Your team → Manage for your Pipeline account.
  4. Sign in to your own Pipeline account. Open Source sync → Generate connection code, then enter that code in the extension. The CRM address is https://aopipeline.com. Confirm that the connected email is yours.
  5. Return to your source lead tab and click Sync assigned leads. Keep the tab open until the sync finishes, then open Pipeline to see your leads.

Your daily sync

At 5:00 a.m. Eastern each day, leads leave your working lists until you complete a new sync. This follows Eastern daylight saving time. Leads still assigned return to the same packs with their saved notes, call history, status and follow-ups. A failed sync does not delete saved data or restore expired access.

What the extension accesses

When you ask it to inspect or sync, the extension reads your source account ID, assigned lead list and supported contact cards. Sync sends assigned lead cards to your connected Pipeline workspace, including contact details, security words, dates, additional phone numbers, card text and tables, and scanned card images when present. It does not read or send your source-account password. Read the extension privacy notice for details.

Support

For a missing source account enrollment or calling permission, contact your workspace owner. For extension support, email malachi@malachietoniru.com. Include the extension version and error message; do not email passwords, connection codes or full lead records.

Apex Mob Pipeline is an independent CRM for organizing leads, conversations and follow-ups. Lead Sync connects supported source accounts; it does not import from every website.
